Tea...all kinds of herbal teas or green tea..no English Breakfast Tea since it reminds me of the hospital *lol*

Recipe: Wild fruits Yoghurt cake

that's pretty simple but delicious. I used a ringshaped mold..dunno how it's called in English but here in Italy it's just "Ciambella" :D however, I think you could use any mold form, from the normal cake one to the plumcake one.

here we use grams, I dunno how many spoons they are...there's a conversion table on the right sidebar ^^

Ingredients:
125-150 gr of wild fruits yoghurt, normal yoghurt, not the greek one(or whatever flavour you like) it's one jar (oh man how do you call it...i hope you can understand me.)
180 gr flour
130 gr butter
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
baking powder (they sell it here in little bags and one bag -16 gr- is enough for a cake)
a twink of salt

Procedure:
Put the butter in a saucepan and make it melt on low with lid (or you can put you saucepan on the radiator and I did *lol*). Then let it cool while you prepare the other stuff.
Beat the eggs and the sugar, adding just a liiiitle twink of salt, in a bowl until you get something creamy and puffy (I fear i'm using the wrong English words but it's the first time i've ever translated a recipe...damn it's fuckin' had 0_0)
Then add the yoghurt and the butter, always mixing with the whisk (electric or manual..I use the electric since i'm a lazy bitch).
Then winnow the flour and the baking powder (it's important to mix them together like that if you want a puffy cake XD) in the bowl and mix it together for 3-4 minutes until you get something homogenous.
Put it in your mold ( you prepare the mold spreading it with butter and covering it with a bit of flour in order to extract the cake later without breaking it) and then in the oven, which has to be previously heated up @ 180°C for 10 minutes.
Then you bake it for 40-45 minutes @ 180°C
to check the cooking, insert a toothpick and if it's dry, the cake is ready!

And that's it.
